JUCO Trap Championship
10 teams from the ICCAC met at the New Pioneer Gun Club in Waukee on October 19-20 to compete in the 2024 ICCAC Championships. It was a strong showing by all competitors, with NCC athletes making a solid impact in the standings.

10 teams from the ICCAC met at the New Pioneer Gun Club in Waukee on October 19-20 to compete in the 2024 ICCAC Championships. It was a strong showing by all competitors, with NCC athletes making a solid impact in the standings.
In the team standings, Iowa Western claimed the top spot with 494/500, while NCC placed 6th overall with a score of 478/500. Here are the individual highlights:
- Blake Van Roekel: Scored 98, tying for 9th place overall
- Aaron Pierce: Scored 97, tying for 18th place
- Carson Vander Weide: Scored 96, tying for 27th place
- Derek Lawson: Scored 94, tying for 46th place
- Wilson Lofstedt: Scored 93, tying for 55th place
This was the final meet of the season for the NCC Sports Shooting team, and their performance throughout the year has been outstanding. We are proud of their achievements and look forward to seeing what the future holds for these talented athletes.
